National Hydrological Plan
In October 2000, the Government of Catalonia brought 72 allegations regarding the National Hydrological Plan. It considered that the transfer from the Ebro should be reduced to 200 hm3, instead of the 1,050 hm3 proposed by the central Government. Furthermore, the Generalitat continues to defend long-term transfer from the Rhône as a solution to Catalonia's lack of water resources.
