The Agency is subject to current regulations in matters of protection of data of a personal and confidential nature. The Agency has adopted the technical measures necessary to maintain the level of security required, depending on the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances under which it is processed, to prevent, as far as possible and within the state of the art, the alteration, loss and unauthorised processing of or access to this data.
When asked to fill in a form which requires information of a personal nature, the user will be informed of the destination of the information, the reason the data is required, the identity and address of the person responsible for the file, and the user's right to access, rectify, delete and oppose the processing of this data. The personal information collected will only be processed for the purpose stated and in accordance with the provisions of the regulation on file creation.
Some of the pages on the Agency's website have cookies, which are small files containing information that are created in the user's computer and that allow our systems to remember the user's language and other characteristics or preferences. These cookies are not invasive or harmful, nor do they contain data of a personal nature, as their only function is to personalise Internet navigation in the way mentioned above. If desired, these cookies may be disabled or deleted.
