The Agency: Water administration of the Government of Catalonia

The Agency is regulated under Legislative Decree 3/2003, of 4th November, approving the reworked text of the legislation on water in Catalonia, which specifies the areas of responsibility of the Government of Catalonia and of the local authorities in regard to water and hydraulic works. It is also regulated under its Articles of Association, which set forth its organisational structure and system of operation.
